One of the most critical steps during the manufacture of paints is the pigment dispersion process, due to its complexity and demand for time and energy. Aggregates and pigment agglomerates must be broken down so that the formulation achieves high performance in the final application.

The OXITIVE® 7110 additive stands out due to its high performance as a pigment wetting agent, which reduces the viscosity of the slurry and gives the paint excellent color, gloss, and color compatibility properties. As a differential, this additive provides a better scrub resistance of the paint film when compared to APE (Alkylphenol Ethoxylate) additives. OXITIVE® 7110 is a multifunctional additive, which can also be used during latex production in the emulsion polymerization process.
